The design is capable of selecting emission windows on both horizontal and vertical direction enabling 2D beamsteering at 5 kfps. The system is verified for 10V pp 500 kHz transducer signal with an SNR of 39.82 dB. Power dissipation is measured 7.72 mW. Non‐uniformity of the signal inside the emission is measured below 0.3%. High‐voltage gate drivers enable 60 Vpp output from 3.3‐V input.
