Abstract
This paper describes the manufacturing of an automated 4-point resistance meter with wireless communication for fruit growth stretch sensors. With a 10mA current source and the ADS1115 component to measure the voltage, the device is able to measure resistance with a precision of ± 0.006Ω, which is more than accurate for daily monitoring of fruit growth. The ESP-NOW-based communication sends data up to 500m and can be powered up to 8 days with a 1000mAh lithium battery.
