dc.description.abstractWe demonstrate a monolithically integrated line-scan optical phased array with focal plane array coherent receivers to realize a compact FMCW LiDAR system. A frame rate of 10 fps is experimentally achieved using thermo-optic phase shifters, with a theoretical upper limit of 62 fps.
