dc.description.abstractThe O-band receiver locks in 3.2 ns (strong) and 4.6 ns (weak) with 3-dB inter-burst power variation and 25 ns guard intervals at −6.75/−9.75 dBm. In 4440 bursts, 97.8% show locking time under 5 ns, and 99.4% have BER <2 E-3 over 170 ns payloads.
