dc.description.abstractWe demonstrate record transmission of 224 Gbaud OOK and 140 Gbaud PAM4 using a O-band differential-drive silicon photonics traveling-wave Mach-Zehnder modulator, achieving BER performance below the 6.25 % HD-FEC threshold after 500 meters of SMF transmission.
