dc.description.abstractThis paper presents a monolithically integrated 2× 64−Gb/s silicon photonic WDM transmitter using micro-ring modulators (MRMs) and EPIC technology, fabricated in a 0.25 μm process. The PAM-4 driver enhances linearity and performance, with measurements confirming stable 64−Gb/s operation.
